So, you want to start punting? A series by Courtney With Curves

So, you've decided to take the plunge and make your first booking, only to be hit with a bunch of acronyms you don't understand, questions you don't know how to answer, questions you feel unable to ask, and a sinking feeling that you might make some critical error and embarrass yourself.

Don't worry, I got you!

This is all very normal, by the way. Feeling overwhelmed by all the unfamiliar terms is something I remember well when I first started as an escort, and this is one of those times when Google just doesn't help that much.

Over the course of this series, I'll walk you through all of the basic information I think you need to get started on the right foot.

Please note: I don't speak for all workers, and things aren't 100% the same across every platform or with every worker. I can only speak to what I know and what I've experienced as some of the more widely recognised terminology.

So, let's start off the series with some of the basic and most common acronyms and terms you're likely to come across almost straight away.

GFE — Girlfriend Experience

Used to describe a more personal, intimate style of experience that is generally less formal or transactional in feel. What a GFE includes can vary considerably between workers, so don't assume that everyone offering it means exactly the same thing.

PSE — Pornstar Experience

Used to describe an experience that is more fantasy- or fetish-oriented. The exact meaning varies between workers, and may refer to a particular style of experience or additional niche offerings.

OWO

An industry acronym referring to oral sex without a condom.

CIM

An industry acronym referring to ejaculation in the mouth.

COF

An industry acronym referring to ejaculation on the face.

COB

An industry acronym referring to ejaculation on the breasts/chest.

ROAR — Right of Admission Reserved

This is an interesting one, and probably one of the more controversial terms you'll come across.

ROAR essentially means that the worker reserves the right to refuse a booking or admission, for any reason. However, the way the term is used can vary, and I've encountered it being used in discussions around client selection, including racial preferences most commonly.

Because this is one of those terms where context really matters, don't automatically assume you know what a particular worker means by it. If you're unsure, ask.

MMF

A three-person booking involving two men and one woman, where the two men are also willing to engage with each other.

MFM

A three-person booking involving two men and one woman, where the two men are not willing to engage with each other.

FFM

A three-person booking involving two women and one man, where the two women are willing to engage with each other.

Threesome

A booking involving three people who all engage with each other.

Double

A booking involving two women. The exact arrangement can vary between workers, but this typiccally will mean the two ladies do not engage with each other, so again, check the individual advert rather than assuming.

Incall

You go to the location where the worker is operating from.

Outcall

The worker travels to your location.

And that's just a tiny sample of the many, many terms and acronyms you might come across.

But it's a good starting point.

And honestly, if you've made it this far and you're thinking “Jesus, there are a lot of rules to this” — don't panic. 😂

Once you understand the basic terminology, everything becomes a lot less intimidating.

Next up: how to contact a lady, what questions you should actually ask, and — perhaps more importantly — what you probably shouldn't ask.

Xxx
